2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Veggy & Fruity and any customer ("you"). We sell to consumers (B2C & B2B). By placing an order, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

3. Products, Prices, and Payment

• Products: We sell physical educational children's books and offer digital printables. We do our best to display the colors and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible.

• Prices: All prices listed on the Site are in Euros (€). Prices include Belgian VAT (where applicable) but exclude shipping costs, which will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.

• Payment: Payment must be made through our designated secure payment providers (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or Bancontact). Orders will only be processed and shipped after successful payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, and other countries specified at the checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates. While we aim to ship your books as quickly as possible, Veggy & Fruity cannot be held liable for delays caused by postal/courier services.

• The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The Period: The 14-day return period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the book(s).

• Conditions: To be eligible for a full refund, the book must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. If the book shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value from your refund.

• Digital Products: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloads (such as digital versions of printables) once the download or streaming has started, as you expressly consent to waive your return right upon downloading.

• Return Costs: Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods.

• Refund: We will refund your payment (including standard shipping costs for delivery to you) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, provided we have received the returned book or proof of return shipping.

7. Legal Warranty

Under Belgian law, consumers have a 2-year legal warranty for conformity of physical goods. If a book arrives damaged or has a production defect, you must notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We want you to be completely happy with Veggy & Fruity! If you have a complaint, please contact us at veggyandfruity@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will try our best to find a solution.

If we cannot resolve the dispute together, you have the right to submit a complaint via:

• The Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst).

• The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any agreements between Veggy & Fruity and the customer are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district where our business is located in Belgium.
