The Story of Veggy & Fruity:
Rooted in Passion, Reborn with Purpose
Have you ever had a dream that just wouldn’t let go?
For me, that dream is Veggy & Fruity.
My passion for nutrition and healthy habits didn't start yesterday; it began over a decade ago (2014). After qualifying as a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist and specializing as a Detox Coach, my mission was clear: I wanted to help people feel more energetic, fit, and positive. Working together with a medical doctors, I developed a professional detox program to guide adults toward balance and well-being.
But as a mother to my two children, I realized that the foundation for a healthy life starts much, much earlier.

Building a Positive Relationship with Food
I didn't want my children to eat broccoli because they had to. I wanted them to feel for themselves what healthy food for kids truly does: more energy, more happiness, and simply feeling good.
From this vision, Veggy & Fruity was born. I wrote my first children’s book about healthy eating to introduce kids to nutrition in a playful way. By creating relatable characters—friends that children can identify with—I turned healthy eating for toddlers into a magical adventure rather than a chore.
I wanted to give parents a fun, stress-free tool to inspire everyone from picky eaters to veggie lovers, because we all want our children to grow up happy and healthy.
"Healthy Bites - Sunny Smiles"
Sometimes, the timing isn't right. Years ago, I felt the world wasn't quite ready for this message. On top of that, personal challenges required my full attention. With limited time and energy, my dream for Veggy & Fruity slowly faded into the background.
But a true passion never really leaves you. Even amidst the hustle of work and family life, that desire to help parents foster a positive mindset around healthy food kept calling me back.
Today feels different. My energy has returned, and my passion is stronger than ever. I’ve realized that I no longer want to wait for the "perfect" moment. If I can inspire even just a handful of parents and grandparents, this journey is worth it.
I am choosing to let go of my doubts and share this story with you. Step by step, I’m inviting you to join me as I develop Veggy & Fruity further. Behind the scenes, I am working on a plan that can grow and evolve. I believe that by sharing this mission, I will connect with the right people who want to contribute to a healthier, more positive world for our children.
Because ultimately, big change starts small:
