Healthy Granola Bar Kids Recipe

Granola Bar Healthy Kids Snack Recipes

PREPARATIONS:

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup - 180 grams oats

  • 1.5 cup - 180 grams mixed unroasted nuts & seeds

  • 1/3 cup - 120 grams honey

  • 1/8 cup - 20 grams coconut oil

Preparation time:

  • Prep - 10 minutes

  • Bake - 16 /20 minutes at 300°F /150°C

  • Cool down - 20 minutes

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven at  300°F /150°C 

  2. Put all the dry ingredients in a kitchenrobot and grind, add the honey and half of the coconut oil and mix until smooth. If you prefer bigger pieces of nuts, add the honey and half of the coconut oil from the start and mix.

  3. Use the other half of the coconut oil to grease the baking paper.

  4. Put the mix on the baking paper and spread it out to 1 big slice.

  5. Cut them in small bars and leave some space in between.

  6. Place the rack in the oven for 15-20 mins

  7. Take them out when they are getting slightly brown roasted and let them cool down for about 10 minutes.
